You’ll receive login credentials once your account is set up. We’ll also provide a free quick training session to walk you through using it effectively.

What if we want to make changes to an ad or campaign?

Just message your account manager — we can typically make updates within 1–2 business days.

Will we have a dedicated account manager?

Yes — you’ll have a single point of contact for all questions, campaign approvals, and updates.

What are your pricing plans?

We offer tiered plans based on your clinic’s needs — starting from a basic lead system setup to full-scale ads and automation. Custom packages are also available.

Do you charge setup fees?

No, your setup is included in your monthly retainer.

What’s your cancellation or refund policy?

You can cancel anytime with 14 days’ notice. Due to the nature of digital services, we do not offer refunds on completed work.

Can we pause service temporarily?

Yes, you can pause your services while keeping your MED Creatives software system active to preserve automation and data.
